Project Manager
Supervise multiple smaller sub-projects, including Information Technology, telecommunication network, infrastructure, data center, core, and hub location. Retain a project database of all relevant project and network records, schedules, progress data, budget, and cost data.
Strategically position to develop and recommend project solutions proposal and RFQ/RFP, oversee all assigned resources, and allocate tasks for project control functions. Lead the creation of a detailed project implementation plan and timely follow up of project scheduling and reporting activities. Establish process to manage vendors’ and sub-contractors’ contracts and change orders while following predetermined requirements. Monitor project progress and work performed with reference to agreed work plans, schedules and vendor contracts.
