Key Accountabilities:
Objective #1: Ensure the effective field coordination, implementation of project activities and team management (50% time in field)

Ensure the implementation of project activities in the field office defined by the Programme Manager in coordination with staff attached with respective projects
Organize internal and external forums for discussion at the field level on project performance and to ensure coordination with stakeholders.
Coaching staff & create smooth working environment in all levels of the project area.
Regularly organize evaluation meetings of team members
Organize monthly meetings with the team and report the outcome to Programme manager
Ensure that lessons and best practices derived through implementation of project are well articulated and documented

Objective #2: Meeting and coordination with the relevant sectors

Establishing network with the INGOs, UN agencies, local authorities, and other actors in the areas
Liaise and coordinate with stakeholders’ clusters, Forums, Working groups etc.
Develop productive working relationships with Government, Non-Governmental institutions, and other project partners
Participate in the relevant sub-cluster meetings and other related forum at provincial and national level

Job Responsibility #3: Monitoring and Reporting

Compile the monthly statistics and activity report and submit to MEAL department & Programme lead. 
Report and communicate the progress and achievement of specific assigned objectives as per the project work plan and finalize reports with concerned institutions
Document and share lessons learnt in a comprehensive and detailed manner to enable track trends on changes on a timely basis
Provide written feedback when and if there is need to alter the project as appropriate to maximize impact.

Job Responsibility #4: Fund Raising/Institutional funding

Identification of funding opportunities and inform Proposal development department for further action.

Job Responsibility #5: Ensure coherence and support for logistics, finance and administration issues regarding the Programme department

In collaboration with the Program and finance department, follow up the ongoing project budgets and expenditure

Under this project we managed budget portfolio of 350 million, I facilitated log and technical team for developing Procurement plan, BOQS and drawing for CPI water and sanitation related schemes.
Facilitated social mobilization team to developed protocols for assessment of CPIs/Hardware project, addition to that we facilitated team for developing proper documentation/Project digest.
Facilitated and support team for initiation of Procurements, tendering, Preparation of tender dossier and as part of Procurement committee input for vendor hiring and finalization for further contract.

Project Management
1.Establish the field office in an emergent, efficient and effective manner. 2-Develop a detailed COVID-19 emergency Project Implementation Plan (PIP) in consultation with the Country Office. 3- Managing the COVID-19 related activities, Installation of Handwashing station, ensuring the soap, and COVID-19 information in the current context. 4- Supervise to receiving, inspection, storage and disbursement of the supplies coming from the Donor or Country Office. 5- Supervise the overall implementation of the civil works including installation and later decommissioning.-Accountable for the budget-line expenditures.6-Respond proactively to the evolving emergent situation and keeping the Country Office in a timely manner.-Weekly review of the Project Implementation Plan vis-vis physical and financial progress. 7-Ensure high-quality reports on the templates approved by the Donor. Managing, Infrastructure development project construction and reporting
To Manage the Seasonal projects.
Installation of Afridive hand pump, Mosque construction, Twin set toilets Block, solar pump, and many other activities.

•Provide strong leadership of assigned WASH project, working to ensure both short and long-term positive impacts and outcomes for the beneficiaries, local authorities (where applicable) and local WASH staff.
•Develop and implement an appropriate and effective WASH strategy in consultation with relevant staff.
•Ensure accurate and timely reporting of activities according to LPP, donor and other applicable time frames and formats.
•Line-manage the WASH project staff of the assigned project, including day-to-day management, development and training, appraisals, etc.
•Facilitate regular meetings to assist information sharing between project staff, to ensure all staff members are aware of project objectives, progress, current work plans and to provide the opportunity for feedback.

After the 2005 Drastic and Pathetic Earthquake in Northern Areas of Pakistan while working during the emergency with MSF My JD was to Facilitate all Foreigners in Camp villages in multiple tasking. Monitoring all the ongoing activities in the Camp such as shelter construction, Labour management, and Material management including loading and unloading.
