Main Responsibilities includes; • To stop the NG part Outflow. • To take decisions on Part Quality. • Audit of Produced Parts. • Audit of Incoming inspection of raw material according to MIL-STD-105E. • Visual/ Dimensional Inspection of Parts. • Assure Quality on each stage of production. • Verification of SOP to Assure Quality. • To conduct RCA and CPA. • 5S, PDCA and Kaizen • Hiring/Training of Inspectors/Supervisors. • To Prepare skill chart and conduct Level-Up Trainings for QA/QC Team and maintain their record. • Prepare/ Implement relevant documents to improve Quality. • To assure the implementation of Quality Management System. • To implement 7 QC Tools. • To Lead the Obeya, Daily Meeting and QCC Activities. • To Present Quality issues, PFUS, RCA/CPA to Top Management. • To respond QFBs and take immediate CMs. • To do Gemba to analyze the defect/case.
