• Reviewing the Safety performance by inspection and interaction to provide
means to improve overall HSE standards.
• Ensuring strict compliance with the HSE requirements. Emphasizing on
Permit to Work - PTW, Job Safety Analysis - JSA, Risk Assessments - RA,
Toolbox talks - TBT, Working at Height - WAH, Lifting & Hoisting, Excavation,
PPE wearing, Energized systems, Housekeeping, Waste management etc.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and
risks in theworkplace.
• Create and deliver training programs to educate employees on health,
safety, andenvironmental best practices.
• Investigate accidents and incidents to determine the root cause and
implementcorrective actions to prevent reoccurrence.
• Monitor and analysis data related to health, safety, and environmental
performance and prepare reports for management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement
emergency-response plans and procedures.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in health,
safety, and environmental management.
• Provide guidance and support to employees regarding health, safety,
and environmental issues.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop risk mitigation strategies

Responsibilities and Achievements:
• The Site HSE Manager, reporting directly to the Site Manager and
functionally to the HSE Project Manager, has the following responsibilities:
• Implementation and maintenance of the concepts for occupational safety,
health, and environmental protection.

Liaising with Subcontractors to resolve HSE issues.
• Providing recommendations for improving the HSE performances.
• Monitoring, evaluating and analyzing effectiveness of the HSE
Plans/System and propose improvement actions.
• Cooperation, joint site visits / checks and investigations of accidents
and incidents.
• Coordination and supervision of precautionary and preventive
measures.
• Trainings.
• Supporting risk assessments for all high-potential construction and
pipeline activities initiated by local and international contractors.
• Carrying out safety inspections and control of safety equipment
functionality

Work closely with operations to identify risks and develop/implement a control methodology for these risks.Manage safe work procedure creation and revisions during planning and execution of work with the site contractors and project team.Monitors work activities and advises management regarding improvements in HSE program implementation and/or performance.Executes Work Permitting process and acts as the Safety Resource for authorization of Permits for Site-related jobs.Monitor and report on the implementation and effectiveness of HSE objectives.Review the EPC Contractors\' method statements and be involved in Job Safety Assessments and monitor implementation.Prepare incident sheet, to evaluate all loss during the incident and for office record.

Participate in incident investigations and prepare or obtain accident and incident reports for submission to client.Ensure compliance with required safety training and personal protective equipment.Promote safety campaign/program & audit PTW system.Provide technical guidance and safety compliance supports to operation team and function dept.Site emergency response and firefighting system maintainingIdentify and evaluate the unsafe environment and practicesWorking at height procedure, Excavation precaution.
