Study the quality management system of lucky Tex and identifies the barriers that reduce the effectiveness and efficiency of quality management system through personal observations, questionnaires and analyze of documents and prepare a proposal of suggestion to overcome these barriers.
Also implement 5s methodology with help and coordination with QMS department in cutting, checking and packing departments.
