 Maintain fixed asset register and calculate depreciation as per the company’s prescribed policy and as per IAS 16 also calculate impairment as per IAS 36 and pass JV’s into the system.
 Review and finalize Bank Reconciliation and present reconciliations to finance director.
 Liaison with the external auditor and responsible for the external audit of company’s financial statement.
 Liaison with banks on bank related matters.
 Preparation of Half yearly and Yearly Financial Statement as per IAS and IFRS and report to Finance director.
 Prepare course wise profit and loss statement and report to finance director.
 Review and finalize the doctors’ payroll and director remuneration as per the company’s prescribed policy.
 Review Staff payroll; ensure that GOSI amount and advance salary are deducted correctly and all the entries related payroll must be posted into the system.
 Perform variances analysis of all the costs and report to Finance director on monthly basis.
 Manage fund and daily bank position and report to finance director.
 Responsibility is to process the payments for the purchase of medical equipment, medical material and also responsible of processing administration and selling and distribution payments.
 Monitoring and reviewing general ledger and trial balance and posting journal vouchers for prepaid expenses, accrual expenses and deferred income.
