Design Responsibilities: 


Designing and event coordination for all events organized by Corporate Office under Cultural, Public, Adventure and Sports Diplomacy


All design/promotions related to all the Hotels in the South and Central Asia region i-e, Islamabad, Faisalabad, Swat, Quetta, Peshawar, Gilgit, Altit, Khaplu, Shigar, Dushanbe, Khorog and Kabul.


Supervision of junior graphic designer and social media manager in all design and social media related responsibilities.


Digital Media Responsibilities:


Led design and optimization of Serena Hotels mobile Application


Led Serena Hotels website migration from toolbox to CMS


I also led two new hotel website integrations in the existing website i-e Peshawar Serena Hotel and Serena Altit Fort Residence.


Organize and prioritize projects with cross-functional teams for social media, email, and content creation


Responsible for all digital marketing including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter and LinkedIn


Contact person for guest queries on social media


Overseas all Hotel pages to ensure all posts are as per the brand standard (including spell checks)


Looks after the CMS of website


Provides market research, forecasts, campaign results, and consumer trends.


Identify and execute improvements for processes, content, and lead generation


Email and SMS Marketing


Video coverage & editing of all events and hotel properties
