• Supervise contractor’s works to achieve and maintain required construction, operation and maintenance in accordance with the contract documents.
• Review Contractor’s submissions.
• Monitor the quality of materials and workmanship installed, operated and maintained
• Supervise site inspection staff and surveyors and review their daily reports.
• Provide all necessary on-site direction and issue site instructions.
• Maintain records of inspections, work executed, etc.
• Record and display progress versus program and prepare progress report.
• Ability to interpret complex contract documents including plans, specifications, shop drawings.

• Reporting to Resident Engineer with surveillance report for daily in progress activity with observation that work is being as per (M.S) method of statement, (ITP) inspection and test plan, specification, alignment, dimension and elevation.
• Preparing daily report for maintaining record of inspected IRF and copy of surveillance report divide in parts description, Location and more comments.
• Preparing daily progress report for over all progress and completed activity.
• Preparing before off quantity for all completed activity to reporting sr. scheduler for update quantity tracker board and time schedule.
• Reporting daily basis to client by internet for safety predictive matrix, about safety, quality, environment, discipline, climate, facilities, maintaining of vehicle, site offices, site access roads, labors awareness in STAART about their daily task, emergency no, safety about uses of typical machines and apparatus, working at height with safety belt, work in deep height with no of employees, deep excavation with slope.

• Reporting to Resident Engineer, daily in progress activities, reasons/action for stopped activity, approved/delivery of material, supporting to contractor for speed of work with quality for maintain of time limit of contract.
• Conducting quality inspections of the infrastructure and utility works. Providing daily supervision, guidance, and assignments to the various discipline site engineers.
• Insured that the approved quality procedures and systems are being effectively implemented on site.
