• Follow-up of Receivables.
• Maintain books of accounts. (Customers’ ledger including other supportive workings)
• Ledger Reconciliation with customers regarding receivables.
• Restrict customers to release payment according to credit limit.
• Keep update to customers about their receivables through e-mail/letter.
• Resolve disputes, if any, with customers to recover all payments.
• Visit customers in case of any dispute/cheques collection.
• Collection of income tax certificates periodically.
• Letter writing for income tax & sales tax challans collection.
• Helping in store.
• Cheques and Cash Deposit.

• Daily Visit at different Customer’s Offices to provide services.
• Create the daily work reports of all Data Entry Operators.
• Work on different projects.
• Prepare proposals for customer.
• Answer calls and respond to emails.
• Handle customer inquiries both telephonically and by email.
• Manage and resolve customer complaints.
