Handle technical Presales including Proof of Concepts, technology presentation, RFP/RFI/RFQ responses, tender submission, and any customer pricing and design request.
Technical presentation/demonstration on multiple security solutions and its scope delivery.
Maintain strong communication including effective and prompt communication and correspondence between the customer, principle and internal stakeholders
Convince, drive and initial technical discussions at senior level
Take an active role in value positioning, value measurement, business case definition leading to a positive closure of opportunities
Work closely with the sales team on all active opportunities that require Pre-sales engagement

1. As a Network Analyst
• Network analyze, plan and design a different solution as per requirement.
• Configuring and Troubleshooting of Cisco network devices of Access, Distributed and Core Switches /
Routers.
• Design and implementation of Layer2 connectivity on a higher MTU over a VLAN base switched
network using multi-protocol QinQ, RSTP, MSTP, L2TPv3 via Xconnect and PPTP
• L3 solutions are provided on static and dynamic routing protocols like EIGRP, OSPF, ISIS, and BGP
• Providing L2-data connectivity as well as L3-data connectivity on Layer 3 networks by building end to
end VPN across Networks using GRE and mGRE tunneling.
