JK Trading Co. is dealing in raw material for susages. The main activities includes Importing, Processing, and Exporting of raw material to Euopean countries. My responsibilities as a Manager Accounts and Finance are as follows:    •    Monitoring the daily activities related to accounts and finance•    Making all arrangements related to export.•    Making all arrangements related to import of material.•    Negotiating with banks related to all matters of import and exports.•    Filing of monthly sales tax returns as well as refund claim of sales tax.•    Preparation and finalization of Accounts (Monthly, Quarterly & Annual).•    Filing of Annual income tax returns as well as compliance to the requirements of regulatory authorities.•    Review of monthly managements’ financial statements and analysis of quantitative data including consumption, sales and cost of sales.•    Quarterly/Monthly funds management and monitoring the daily fund position to effectively control the cash flows.•    Working capital management to oversee the optimum level of investment in minimum stocks, receivables and funding from creditors         while maintaining the sufficient quick assets of the company.•    Relationship management with major lenders and banks of the Company and managing cash flows to ensure compliance with repayment schedule while maximum usage of the credit period allowed. Managing the affairs related to opening of LCs, shipping issues, foreign payments and coordination with the banks.•    Assisted Chief Financial Officer and Manager Accounts in aligning all financial strategies with overall corporate and business strategies to achieve the vision of the Company.•    Responsible for providing financial information to top management to enable them in making strategic decisions.

issues i.e. recognition, measurement and de-recognition of financial assets and liabilities, that inter-alia included derivative financial instruments.
• Prepared internal control guidelines for evaluation of Internal Control Systems of various organizations and recommending suitable control procedures to remove deficiencies in internal control system in accordance with the industry best practices and business objectives.
• Supervision and Review of financial accounting record including review of the books of accounts, ledgers of all classes of transactions and account balances. Reconciliations of bank position, debtor and creditor aged listings.
