I have been working as development professional for 14 years with different organizations including LASOONA Society for Human and Natural Resources Decelopment, Hazara University Mansehra, International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC), South Asia Partnership Pakistan SAP-PK, Khwendo Kor (KK), Saaiban Development Organization, Save the Children, Catholic Relief Services (CRS) and NCHD. Main areas of my profession include project planning, implementation, Monitoring evaluation reporting, training imparting, relief in emergencies and community mobilization. I have designed, conducted and supervised different surveys for different national and international organizations. I have done M.Phil in Sociology with research on Rural Livelihood. Additionally, I have a Microsoft Office User Specialist (MOUS) diploma in computer. I am result oriented, problem solving, punctual and always ready to accept any assignment. My professional skills include Capacity Building( IPs, Govt departments and community groups) project planning, implementation, Monitoring Evaluation, reporting, training imparting, community mobilization, survey, emergency interventions, livelihood, WASH and advocacy.
