In consultation with the existing community institutions conduct the mapping of the Lady Health Workers (LHWs) covered and un-covered population/basties from the target Union Councils assigned to project team in district.
▪ Conduct the introductory dialogues with the COs/VHC of the non LHWs covered area with the purpose to introduce the project, take their consent to participate in project activities and describe the criteria for the selection of female Community health worker to work on the individual and family level for demand creation and referral.
▪ Provide field orientation to CHWs for the registration of the target groups (married couples of reproductive ages, pregnant women and 0-5 year’s children) and provide supportive supervision to CHWs for the registration process. Social Organizers must ensure that COs/VHCs provide full support to CHWs for the registration of target groups.
▪ Validate the certain percentage of the data of target group registered by CHWs, observe the gaps and provide feedback to CHWs and ensure remedial measures/corrective measures so that real registration is counted to determine the project target for each CHW.

Responsibilities -
Integrated DRR in to Education project funded by UNICEF was facilitated As Third-party Field Monitor.
Monitor capacity building session on DRR components organized for Government teacher and SDRRC.
Awareness session on DRR at school and community level was conducted by IP check their sustainability and level of understanding through proper process validation.
All targeted project activities conducted at school and community level like as Mock Drills, Hazard Map, safety plan and CBDDR Plan was also monitors.
Responsibilities - Ensure timely and quality implementation of activities aimed at making schools child friendly according to the work plan and agreed time line of activities.
Coordinate and keep a close liaison with the government officials at district level.
Get approval of training schedule and other school related activities, and involve government officials (EDOs/DEOs/AEOs) in program activities.
Ensure check list designed for child friendly schools is strictly followed in their respective district to bring a change in whole school.

Responsibilities - Enrolment of 2,100 young girls in ECE Class in 60 Child Friendly Govt. Girls\' Primary Schools (at least 35 children aged 3-5 years in each center) in Sanghar District.
Organize awareness raising sessions for the mobilization of communities in respective villages and SMCs to enroll 2,100 children in ECE class Mobilize parents and organize parents meetings to enhance parents involvement in child development activities at school and home.
Provide support to schools and parents to organize special events.
Procure and supply learning resources/materials and monitor the correct utilization of supplies.
To facilitate Head Teachers, Temporary Teachers in ECE Classes.
