Objective 1:  Coordination & Information gaining
Activities:
-          Represent SIF in community and relevant stakeholders, mobilize and organize available resources to attain project objectives;
-          Liaise and ensure access to community, identify potential beneficiaries, potential training venues for organizing cash for work activities;
 
 
Objective 2: Conduction of Trainings:
Activities:
-          To develop a training and session plan to train cash for training participants;
-          Counselling and motivation to trainees for optimal learning and sensitization;
-          Conduct pre and post tests for the cash for training activities;
 
Objective 3: Documentation:
Activities:
-          Documentation and record keeping of ongoing activities, identify/suggest potential training interventions at grassroots level;
-          Documentation of every training session with visuals according to the designed template.
-          Pre-test and post-test should be validated with the line manager, and keep it recorded.
-          Identify and document the most significant cases (case studies);
 
Objective 4: Reporting:
Activities
-          Assist Management with feedback and timely reporting for observation and analysis in field activities and maintaining data base for follow up impact or lesson Learnt;
-          Pay regular field monitoring and supporting visits as well ensuring proper implementation of planned activities, especially on job support to individual at workplace;

Role & Responsibilities Prepare activity implementation plan and discuss the required resources to undertake the activity.
Ensure the community participation the project activities Form / re-organise Community Based organizations (CBOs) male/female.
Conduct Village mapping/profiling through different PRA tools (i.e. is BBCMs, Mapping/profile, conflict resolution wealth ranking etc - Mobilise community and orient project and organisations mandate.
Work with community members to map and prioritize community needs.
Identify and organize appropriate capacity building, and technical resources to support project implementation - Ensure efficient and effective implementation of Food Security, Livelihoods, Cash transfer and WASH related interventions at community level.
Write regular weekly, monthly and other reports (as per suggestion and need).
Facilitation and support in conducting the awareness sessions.
Mobilize community groups, sensitize and train them on specific topics as required, organize and facilitate meetings.
Follow the Social Mobilisation guidelines of SIF and implement it at community level.
Perform other duties as requested by the line supervisor.
Prepare daily field visit reports after commencing the visit in the field.
Prepare and submit weekly progress report well on time.
Prepare any other reports when required/asked by the supervisor.
Actively participate in staff meetings.

Plan and execute LHW refresher sessions (Low Dose High Frequency).
Improve quality of data recording in LHW MIS through mobile application.
Provide supportive supervision to LHW & LHS regularly and Monitoring of WSGs session of LHWs.
Revitalization/Formation of VHCs and monitoring of VHC meetings.
To attend/conduct Women Support Group Sessions and VHC monthly meetings.
Provide support in EPI activities i.e. counsel immunization refusals in community, improve vaccination demand in community, address hesitancy in community and report immunization coverage data in target EPI clusters.
Provide technical assistance to CHWs as per need basis.

 In consultation with the existing community institutions conduct the mapping of the Lady Health Workers (LHWs) covered and un-covered population/basties from the target Union Councils assigned to project team in district.
▪ Conduct the introductory dialogues with the COs/VHC of the non LHWs covered area with the purpose to introduce the project, take their consent to participate in project activities and describe the criteria for the selection of female Community health worker to work on the individual and family level for demand creation and referral.
▪ Provide field orientation to CHWs for the registration of the target groups (married couples of reproductive ages, pregnant women and 0-5 year’s children) and provide supportive supervision to CHWs for the registration process. Social Organizers must ensure that COs/VHCs provide full support to CHWs for the registration of target groups.
▪ Validate the certain percentage of the data of target group registered by CHWs, observe the gaps and provide feedback to CHWs and ensure remedial measures/corrective measures so that real registration is counted to determine the project target for each CHW.
▪ Conduct Training of CHWs.
▪ Monitoring and Supervision of CHWs.
▪ TOT on MNCH & Health Hygenic RSPN (2015).
▪ TOT on IPC Tool Kit Mercy Corps (2016).
▪ Ensure proper record keeping of the project at district office

Responsibilities -
Integrated DRR in to Education project funded by UNICEF was facilitated As Third-party Field Monitor.
Monitor capacity building session on DRR components organized for Government teacher and SDRRC.
Awareness session on DRR at school and community level was conducted by IP check their sustainability and level of understanding through proper process validation.
All targeted project activities conducted at school and community level like as Mock Drills, Hazard Map, safety plan and CBDDR Plan was also monitors.

Responsibilities - Ensure timely and quality implementation of activities aimed at making schools child friendly according to the work plan and agreed time line of activities.
Coordinate and keep a close liaison with the government officials at district level.
Get approval of training schedule and other school related activities, and involve government officials (EDOs/DEOs/AEOs) in program activities.
Ensure check list designed for child friendly schools is strictly followed in their respective district to bring a change in whole school.
Coordination with Karachi and Islamabad team for guidance and support Provide technical support to teachers and heads on daily basis (Grade I to Grade V).
Coordinate logistical support for trainers for trainings, technical assistance and monitoring visits.
Compile reports of visits to classroom on daily basis and share with the project coordinator on daily basis Organized special events in Child Friendly schools for involvement of community and parentsIncrease enrolment of Child Friendly Schools with the awareness campaign Manage Polio teams for Child Friendly Schools Childrens Facilitate the Master Educators in capacity building of local community, PTAs/SMCs, teachers and students through trainings and meetings.

Responsibilities - Enrolment of 2,100 young girls in ECE Class in 60 Child Friendly Govt. Girls\' Primary Schools (at least 35 children aged 3-5 years in each center) in Sanghar District.
Organize awareness raising sessions for the mobilization of communities in respective villages and SMCs to enroll 2,100 children in ECE class Mobilize parents and organize parents meetings to enhance parents involvement in child development activities at school and home.
Provide support to schools and parents to organize special events.
Procure and supply learning resources/materials and monitor the correct utilization of supplies.
To facilitate Head Teachers, Temporary Teachers in ECE Classes.
To facilitate CGN Team to conduct trainings for Teachers and facilitation in conducting events Monitoring of ECE Classes of 60 CF Schools Coordination with Head Teachers of CF Schools and AGE team in overall district for progress.
To maintain project documentation, develop micro level monthly work plan, prepare monthly and quarterly progress report and case studies.
TOT on DRR &  kitchen gardening.  ( in 2011 )
