Manager Networks (Operations & Developments)
• Working with the Team who is responsible for configuring, monitoring and maintaining complex network of 30+ Sites.
• Looking after Enterprise Network Operations and as well as integration points with different clients which are connecting with BRAIN Network using various ways e.g. Private lines, Fiber optics, Site to Site VPNs or Private MPLS Cloud.
• Technical design and implementation on a wide range of devices that could be for a new or existing clients or any change for internal stakeholders.
• Planning for on-boarding new clients, network migrations and expansions.
• Project Management for tracking new network build-outs, upgrading existing infrastructure and any major change in enterprise from networks perspective.
• Configurations and management of security, routing, switching and wireless devices from various vendors (Palo Alto, Cisco, Fortinet and Juniper, Huawei) as per defined standards.
• Monitoring network via logs and alerts on Solarwinds (NPM, NCM, VNQM, NTA, Netpath). Using Kiwi syslog for syslog alerts & Ping Plotter / MTR for route change detection.
• Escalations and coordination with Domestic/International carriers in case of any issues on MPLS/Internet/IPLC circuits.
