1. Job Responsibilities
Managing the Sales Team for Process Service Division covering the region of North Punjab.
Support and develop the junior level sales team technically & market-wise.
Responsible for North region Punjab.
Plan, Organise and develop the PPS business for all region customers and connect.
Support the P&S management for specified marketing activities. E.g. exhibitions, campaigns.
Support the management with comprehensive and reliable forecast (OI, NI, GM) for the assigned
customers based on the existing tools like Master file, project list, thermal forecast.
Focus on new PPS product, such as Launching PHE Audit / Performance Agreements and training local
sales & service team for developing it in the local market with a strategic plan.
Preparing and presenting potential cost-benefit analysis to potential clients.
Delivering presentations and demos to audiences.
Conveying customer technical requirements to the Internal Engineering teams.
Maintaining existing, long-term relationships with customers.
Putting together technical instruction for customers about the use, operation and maintenance of purchased products.
Travelling to visit potential clients.
Negotiating extra-Curricularerms and conditions.
Maintaining professional working contact with key suppliers and third parties.
