JOB DESCRIPTION - DFORCE SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE
• Informs agents by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing information.
• Maintains and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines;
recommending improved procedures.
• Accomplishes sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
• Identifying agent\'s needs, clarify information, research every issue and providing
solutions.
• Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise.
• Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
1 Handling Outbound calls and complaint handling.
2 Sales on calls.
3 Handling invoice printing and assign to courier of daily sales
4 Handling stock by means of Rectifying Not in stock items and processing them on system.
5 Courier followups and status of Delivered and Un delivered items and updating them on system accordingly.
6 Sharing mothly report of delivered and Un delivered sales pending at courier end and followup from courier.
