Limited SPECIALIST  Warehouse Management  Just in Time (JIT) inventory & Distribution Planning  100% FIFO Implementation (Physical & System)  100% Inventory Accuracy  Warehouse Capacity Planning  Material Requirement Planning  SAP R3PModules (Sales & Distribution & Material Management)  ABC Analysis wise Inventory Management & Replenishment Finish Stocks receipt from Production on Daily Basis and monitor the Lot & Locator wise Stacking into Warehouse. Monitoring the SKU wise Primary Sales (Warehouse) and Secondary Sales (Distributors End) and send Daily Report to Management. Monitor the 100% Physical & System FIFO & FEFO implementation. Handling the Expiry Stocks from Distributors and timely release the Distributors Claims. Orders Management (Daily Dispatches Tracking). Randomly Stocks Check during Dispatches. Arrange the Monthly/Yearly Audit from Finance/Inter Audit Dept and External Audit by 3rd party. Monitor the Near to Expiry Stocks and timely inform to Sales Department for immediate liquidation into Market before expire. Distributors Sales Monitoring. Involve in the Production Updates, Orders Shipments, Transfer Notes to Satellite Warehouses into SAP R3P Modules and also monitor the Stocks Balance Report (System) and Physical on Daily Basis. Arrange the stocks for Satellite Warehouses as per Warehouse Forecast.
