1.To build a comprehensive Result Based Monitory and Evaluation system.
2. To support the development and implementation of an evidence based M&E framework for joint programmers, as well as agency specific initiative in this process therefore.
4. Enhance the Capacity of the M&E task team on results based monitoring.
5. AUpdrade the develop robust of the agencies through knowledge transfer and skills training to develop relevent M&E system.
6. Review and technically advice the M&E team in reviewing M&E process and reporting.
7. Facilitate the review of the 2017 mid-tearm and annual progress report.
