• Controlling process parameters, plant operations, emergency handlings, Startups (Cold & hot), Shut Down, Routine checks, mainting proper logs and on-going activities.
• Professional training of HSE & process safety i.e, PTW systems, LOTO and confine Space Entry at different sections of Oxidation, De-sublimation, Under vacum, Distillation column.
• Witnessing Hydro test and ensuring the compliance of project procedures.
• Preparing and marking up P&IDs for water flushing routes.
• Preparing Mark-up P&IDs for commissioning and start up.
• Verifying installation of equipment and pipelines as per P&ID, reporting any deviation immediately to Operation Manager.
• Preparing Punch list on MS-Excel and following up for corrective actions
• Preparing daily progress reports and submit to Operation manager
• Ensuing HSE procedures compliance by contractors.
