JOB Description:
I am managing all the Air Conditioning, Washing Machine, Water Dispenser & Microwave Oven and others electronics products of Mitsubishi Electric, Aux, Midea and Orient electronics.
As a Production Engineer in Orient
I have gain experience of Managing and monitoring the operations of the Indoor Line Outdoor Line, Washing Machine, Water Dispenser Line and Microwaves Oven Line.
Ensure that all the operational activities of product should be done according to pre assemble of Sample product (that was done by the strong collaboration of Production Department, Quality Department, Engineering Department, and Inventory Department.

For Process improvement maintaining the daily record of production, controlling rejection and failure the process through strict instructions always try to recycle rejected material for Company benefits or to minimize the product cost & minimizing rework & repairing to get max output on time.
Managing inventory of more than 130 items. Organize and keep the inventory within limit.
I have also worked & analyzed problems come from Customer Return and Dealer Return and propose the solution for trouble shooting and other causes immediately change in process if required.
Maintain effective coordination with Inventory, Maintenance, Procurement, Engineering & R&D Departments.
Work with and through management to develop and implement actions to protect company assets and profitability.
Try to implement Lean manufacturing techniques for process improvement. 5s implementation, control wastage by applying 3M rule , try to make small changes according Kaizen, For preventive maintenance of machine and equipments apply TPM tools to increase the overall equipment effectiveness.

Trainee Engineer
Dg khan Cement Company is a leading manufacturer of the cement in Pakistan. It is a part of Nishat group of industries that rank among the top five business houses of Pakistan. Dg cement has three cement manufacturing plants , one is situated in District DeraDhazi Khan while other is situated at Khairpur, District Chakwal,While 3rd is under construction at Hub,Karachi.
Khairpur plant was established in two years and started its working in March, 2007. Its daily production capacity is 7000 tons /day. It consists of a cement plant, power plants, RDF section, packing plant and a paper mill. Cement production starting from the crushing of the limestone to the packing and dispatch of the cement is all done in the same plant. It is a self-sufficient plant and has own power generation system including a power plant operating on kaliana cycle and a captive power plant consisting of two engines Wartsila 18V50DF each of capacity 16.5 MW.
OPC (ordinary Portland cement) is produced here .The composition and strength of the cement defines its grade. Opc used in Pakistan has 8500 psi in 28 days.
