Dr. Iqbal Ahmad is experienced in diverse specialties including research, planning, management and sophisticated software’s for data analysis. His field of specialization is environmental chemistry, primarily analyzing the environmental fate and behavior of emerging contaminants and heavy metals. He is recipient of the HEC Indigenous PhD scholarship and IRSIP Program. He completed his PhD research at the department of soil and crop sciences, Texas A&M University USA, as a visiting PhD research scholar. Dr. Iqbal has published 6 peer-reviewed articles in well reputed journals (Total impact factor = 11.96) and several others are under review. He has got more than 6 years of experience with national and international organizations in projects related to Disaster Risk Management (DRM), Water Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH), Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA), Initial Environmental Examination (IEE) and capacity building trainings.
