Responsible for the operations and maintenance of coal fired power plant during commissioning and erection phase of 22094T supercritical, Once through, type boilers by Harbin Boilers (Model HG-2094/25.4-HM16), 2660 MW 4 cylinder, condensing Steam Turbines (Model N660-24.2/566/566), and 2660 MW Water-H2-H2 cooled generators (Model QFSN-660-2-22C).
Key Responsibilities
Assisted in the Commissioning and debugging of plant auxiliaries including Centrifugal Pumps, PD pumps, Air Compressors, static and variable pitch axial Fans, centrifugal type fans, and Vacuum Pumps.
Inspection and monitoring of unit pre-startup, startup and shutdown operations in compliance with SOPs.
Routine field inspection and monitoring of plant auxiliaries and reporting abnormalities to Shift Chief Engineer.
Ensuring the pre and post SOPs have been followed for startup and shut down of plant auxiliaries.
Ensuring the plant auxiliaries run at optimum parameters for best performance through co-ordination with chief Engr.
Maintaining daily inspection log of plant parameters and understanding the behavior of auxiliaries under different Environment conditions
Design, fabrication and structural analysis of Solid rocket motor casing through ANSYS. Moreover, calculation of stresses and strains generated in the casing and selection of appropriate thickness on the basis of measurement. In order to test solid rocket motor casings (SRMCs) under different conditions several testing techniques were studied.
