Monthly review for all staff member’s performance.  Managing customer complaints and their resolutions.

Recruit, engage, train and market with partners
Identify the new product, their usages and new segments of business with existing & new customers.
Act as a liaison between our sales team and partners to help build working relationship resulting in growing our booking numbers / meetings
Grow partners account base through pro-active recruitment in targeted channels
Conduct Quarterly Business Review with top partners and assist them in monitoring progress towards strategic goals, maintain momentum in specific channels
Look the hiring process, interviews, and training program for the new candidate.
Keep the team motivated, on track and alien with the company goal.
Keep critical watch on competitor, SWOT Analysis of Company, Competitor and customer.
Provide feedback to channel peers and leadership regarding market intelligence, competition, knowledge gaps and other valuable insight gained while working with partners
