Sr. Officer Production Planning and Control
Responsible to generate TNA on confirmation of orders to all stake holders for smooth production process.
Manage the complete material planning process from forecasted demand to product shipment to customer.
Responsible to calculate(BOMs) over all raw material (fabric, trims, Packaging etc.).
Work with merchandising team to QC file as per production lead time and monitor trimsaccessories and fabrics in-house status.
Investigate material management problems and difficulties, develop solutions to remedy problems and implement those solutions.
Ordered and maintained inventory levels for raw materials and supplies to meet production demands.
Support the planning team on replenishments.
Reduce inventory without causing downtime in production lines.
Work on reducing wastage to minimize cost.
