I am responsible for managing Fixed Assets & GL of Al Gihaz Contracting KSA which is the main revenue generating subsidiary of Al Gihaz Holding KSA.
Al Gihaz Contracting is a major firm in the Saudi Arabia and its business is the execution of integrated HV substations, medium and low voltage distribution networks.
Brief description of job responsibility is as follows:
1- Finalization of revenue as per Percentage of Completion Method.
2- Preparation & finalisation of IKTVA (In Kingdom Total Value Addition) report.
3- Ensuring proper, accurate and timely recording of entries in GL.
4- Responsible for preparation & finalisation of quarterly, half yearly and annual financial statements.
5- Responsible for ensuring enforecement of financial and fixed asset manuals.
6- Responsible for monthly execution of multi period accounting system of Oracle Fusion.
7- Approver of entries pass through Journal Voucher.

Mehta Brothers (Pvt.) Limited is a leading importer and supplier of following industry related products/supplies: 1. Poultry and Feed 2. Foundry 3. Dairy 4. Cosmetics 5. Interior Designing I work as a Financial Analyst and directly reportable to Chief Executive Officer. The company deals in more than 350 different products. Here I am responsible in managing G.P ratio, Division budgets and receivables.
Started job at Mehta Brothers (Pvt.) Ltd as a Financial Analyst and then promoted to Manager Internal Audit & ERP.
After gaining deep insight of product portfolio at Mehta Brothers (Pvt.) Ltd I am directed to lead the to resolve issue at warehouses and plan,design and implement procedures for the normalizaion of warehouse activities.
Currently I am responsible to design and implement new proceedures for invoicing and stock reconciliation.
In Supreme Aluminium Industries (Pvt.) Limited my major roll is of managing accounts and tax matters of the company. Here I am also exercising supervisory control over procurement department and acting as in-charge in the implementation of ERP. In addition to this I am solely responsible for the preparation of accounts and coordinate with external auditors for the timely completion of external audit.
