a. Team building as Fabrizio was emerging as a new ethnic apparel brand but it was lacking on human resources capability wise so I helped to put right people on the right place.

Productivity eventually smoothing out the whole production process and liaising with other relevant departments took the production units up high from 700 to 6500 and retail outlets from 3 to 20
