• Impart trainings to provincial and district level users on vLMIS
• Develop training curriculum, presentations, agendas, pre and post tests, training evaluation forms, job aids, session wise practice exercises, attendance sheets, participants’ registration forms and other educational materials to meet the special needs of the trainings
• Ensure registration of training participants and prepare participants list of each training.
• Maintain log of pre and post tests evaluation of participants
• Prepare folders containing session wise filled registration forms, pre and post tests, training evaluation forms and other related material
• Ensure quality of trainings
• Develop training/post activity reports

The Provincial M&E Officer is required to provide oversight for timely inputs to ensure project’s strategic vision is maintained and that its activities result in the achievement of its intended outputs in a cost effective and timely manner
• Support in development of M&E tools and Plan according to the guidelines and donor requirements
• Facilitate Implementation of M&E plans in context of project requirements
• Capacity building of M&E staff for monitoring/supervision and evaluation of implementing partners
• Extensive field travel to peripheral districts in Punjab
• Participate in development of M&E tools, checklists for different activities and provide technical support for development of M&E plan for SRs, reporting lines, analysis and feedback mechanisms.
• Data verification and report validation
• Support in performance evaluation and appraisal of all activities
• Monitoring / Supervision & evaluation activities in field, desk and operation levels
• Report writing and communication skills

Procurement and Supply Chain Management:
• Budgeting, Quantification, Bid Analysis, Award of contract, Inspections and processing of bills for the PC-1 (Budget released by Govt.) for the biggest province of the country.
• To make distribution plans and Logistic arrangements and supervision of supplies to the field areas

Warehouse Management and E-surveillance:
• Ensure principal of good storage practices are being followed (cleaning of racks & floors, pest & rodent control, Service of air conditioners and refrigerators)
• Maintains proper storage of drugs and medical supplies and equipment.
• To implement the inventory softwares (TB DMIS and WMS) at Provincial warehouse and all the centers in the field
• Follow up of reports entered by the staff in the inventory softwares.
• Sorts out and classify entire lot of ATT drugs and medical equipment kept at Provincial Warehouses.
• Renovation of warehouses and assurance of proper stacking and inventory control as per standard guidelines.
• Ensures that no drug expires. Follow up expiry dates and security stocks.
• Ensuring drugs conservation by optimizing the storage conditions and cold chain maintenance.

Control of Stock Rotation and Requisitions:
• Arranges the delivery of medical supplies and equipments to Districts and Health Facilities.
• Preparing and follow up stock requisitions and approvals.
• Maintains record of the receiving reports and delivery notes of medical supplies and equipment including documents of local purchase orders and purchases abroad.

Monitoring and Evaluation:
• Preparation of Provincial and field areas for evaluation by the International missions.
• To accompany the International missions as a focal person for facilitation and presentations
• Monitoring and evaluation visits to the field areas and field staff guidance
Coordination and Reporting
Capacity Building and Assessment of staff

• Supervisor for all Supply Chain related activities in the PRCS & International Federation of Red Cross (IFRC)
• Monitoring and Evaluation of all the health Basic Medical Units funded by Red Cross Red Crescent Movement
• Reporting to the partner donor societies for future funding disbursements
• Revision of essential medicines list & planning for procurement of medicines & medical equipments etc.
• Training of the field staff for compliance of guidelines
• Inventory Control & Supply Chain management
• Supply and management of medicines and medical equipments to the Basic Health Units throughout the country
• Logistics arrangements after co-ordination with the logistic department
• Initiated Monthly Medicines Consumption report first time in the society
• Report analysis of consumption reports received from the Provincial and district branches for record at the Head Office and forecasting for future procurements on the basis of utilization
• Monitoring Visits to the Health Centers for inspection of Medicines and Medical Equipments
• Facilitator (Focal Person) of the Medicines & Medical Equipments procurement committee (Completed hundreds of Million procurement with deep appreciation from IFRC Head office, Geneva)
• Procurement of Medicines & Medical equipments for PRCS, IFRC & other Partner National Societies (PNS\'s) health centers following IFRC & PEPRA rules
• Preparation of Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between PRCS, IFRC & other PNS\'s i.e International Committee of Red Cross (ICRC), German Red Cross (GRC),Canadian Red Cross (CRC), Norwegian Red Cross etc.
• Drug Testing of medicines and disposal of negative reported batches according to the Drug law
• Contingency planning for floods, disasters etc.
• Correspondence with World Health Organization (WHO), Inspector of Drugs, Drug Testing Laboratories & meetings arrangements on different issues
• Initiated Pharmacist role in all the Provincial branches of the Society to ensure drug rationality
