Job responsibilities.
1. Ensuring product deadlines are met.
2. Analysis of operational issues.
3. Providing team with technical support and training.
4. Control / manage workers with excellent team management skills.
5. To check daily and monthly production, consumption and scrap reports of Injection molding machines, blow molding machines, Sheet extruders, thermoforming machines, vacuum forming machines, printing machines, lid forming machines and straw extruders bending and paper wrapping machines.
6. Supervising Production process from raw material to final dispatch product.
7. Quality assurance.
8. Housekeeping and maintaining Cleanliness.
9. Application of 5s.
10. To keep track of labor, equipment and process efficiency through development and analysis of various reports.
11. To perform Production Planning, distribute targets and follow-up on results.
12. To ensure that effective work instructions are formulated and implemented properly on the production floor.
13. To coordinate with Quality Control & Assurance department in case of quality issues during and after production.
