This project is like E-recruitment system with not only shortlisting best candidates but also predict the interview score using machine learning. This is very intresting point in this system because every company wants to hire its employee by taking his interview in its own style and some unique skills so it is not good approach if we train our model for all companies recruiting dataset instead of that, initially every company should train its model itself once the model have enough data to make a prediction with some good accuracy then there is no need for taking too much interviews, the system will take care of it.

In this project we predict that a review that a user writes in English language is a positive review or a negative review on the basis of words that he / she writes. This project also involve some classification algorithms and their accuracy while predicting a review.
