As the Assistant Manager Special Initiatives in the Commercial Department, I played a pivotal role in various strategic initiatives under special assignments. Collaborating closely with the Chief Commercial Officer, I assisted in launching an insurance program and spearheaded capacity-building initiatives for the IT industry. Additionally, I was designated as the focal person for collaborating with commercial banks to provide collateral-free business loans to IT companies, SMEs, and freelancers. Furthermore, I contributed to the success of the SIFC-led delegation program to Saudi Arabia and provided support to the marketing department in communication and publications.
In my role as Assistant Project Officer for the PSEB Project titled "Establishment of 25 STPs with Rental Subsidy in Pakistan" from 2021 to the present, I demonstrated proficiency in project management. I developed comprehensive project reports for fiscal years 2021-2022 and 2022-2023, created marketing collateral for project events, and coordinated with a social media agency for effective online engagement. Overseeing more than 30 open house events and various national-level initiatives, I conducted surveys to gauge the project's impact on stakeholders and target audiences. The collected data was then utilized to craft an impact assessment report, evaluating outcomes and identifying areas for success and improvement.
