- Conducting meeting with user departments to understand their operational processes and designing internal audit approach after assessment of business risk.
- Heading the Finance and Accounts team at Head office where centralized accounting of all the stores is managed across Pakistan.
- Oversee accounting daily operations of all stores across Pakistan.
- Regularly produce financial reports or statements.
- Adhering to proper accounting methods, policies and principles.
- Liaison with heads of contractual labour and resolving differences between workforce and production management.
- Performing operational audit of all operating sites and ensuring compliance of SOP’s of operations department.
