Follow up with customer and production unit incase of customized order (M.T.O) placed (with support of C.R.O e-commerce).
Give support regarding product photo shoot, so those style can be shoot which is not uploaded in website and available in e-commerce store.
Supervision of order Packaging as per standard.
Give support regarding uploading of product on website (whenever required due to load of work).
Managing records/work if order returned, raising requests for processing of partial and complete refunds.
Reconciliation of DHL invoices.
Providing details of C.O.D orders to Accounts Department.
Coordination with DHL/TCS staff for robust deliveries to entertain customer on time
