I worked on too many campaigns like At&t DirecTV, Spectrum Chartered, Xfinity Comcast, and Dish Network Service. and I know how to process, close, and charge the sales. Well, it's an interesting story. based on my education I never imagined becoming a CSR in Call Center. But for financial stability, I enroll myself in this industry, They teach me many things and trained me. In 2009 I worked in CSR for 1 year. and after that, they promote me as a Closer, and right now I have 12 years of experience in this field and it's a great experience.
That was an outstanding experience. I got a chance to enhance my skills. A closer always think whatever happened, I got a transfer I have to close this sale. And I did it always
