I worked in Bridges Consortium as a Admin Teacher where I taught Science Subjects along with Math to Grade 4, 5 and 6 and managed other teaching faculty by taking a follow-up of their lesson plans, curriculum, Assessments, Evaluation Skills, Class Observation, Admistration, homework plan and co-curricular activities. All these practices enhanced leadership qualities in my personality.
