Roles & Responsibilities:
1. HR/Administrative Support:
a. Assist in managing and organizing the day-to-day administrative tasks of the PPDU.
b. Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
c. Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, presentations, and other relevant documents.
d. Maintain records, files, and databases, ensuring they are up-to-date and easily accessible.
e. Responsible for maintaining & scanning HR Files up to date.
f. Schedule meetings, appointments, and workshops, and arrange necessary logistics.
g. Responsible for record management and letter drafting.
h. Recruiting & Staff Logistics h. Coordination with \"Project Planning and Development Unit\" staff members to upload data in \"PMES & IPAS\".
2. Documentation and Reporting:
a. Prepare and maintain project documents, including project plans, progress reports, meeting minutes, and presentations.
b. Ensure that all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
3. Any Other task Assigned by the Management.
