Shift Engineer (Production)
Areas of consideration and observation:
OILTak Physical Refinery Plant 80MT & Chemical Refinery 150MT.
Responsible for plant smooth operation, maintenance, trouble shooting and implementation of instructions given by higher authorities according to company SOPs. 2.
Responsible to handle overall shift staff and to coordinate with various departments to ensure better process performance.
Review of process parameters from CCR panel, log sheets and trend graphs.
Monitoring of plant operational parameters and take-up quick corrective measures in case of deviations from standards.
To make DPR, Work Orders and Requisitions. Supervision of shutdown jobs.
Daily Production Reports updating according to Procedures.
Production Engineer
Monitoring and inspection of all Processing Operations including Mixing, Molding, Baking ovens & Packaging.
Production of these products which i examine (Bread, Bun,Burger, cupcakes, Biscuits) , etc. Supervising all the workers.
Assisting the Production Manager.
Keeping record of the Production Operation
Assuring Quality according to the consumer demand.
Checking Raw Material Quality and material flow for each process.
Updating Documentation.
Checking Daily Reports of all the production operations and workers.
Checking the Humidity and Temperature products and bowls.
To ensure timely production according to production plan .
Ensure timely and error free finished-goods transfer to dispatch department .
Oversee and mange error free production report creation in time .
Monitor and control raw material issuance according to Store Requisition to different production sections .
Monitor semi-finished products (work-in-process) receiving/issuance to/from store according to production plan .
Assists higher production management in process control and quality control .
Coordinate different production sections for smooth execution of production operations . Monitor and supervise shift in-charges and Section in-charges ·
checking that raw materials, in-process products, finished products have been properly identified. . Approve or reject all procedures, specifications, methods, and results .
Approve or reject all raw materials, packaging materials, labeling and finished products .
