JOB DESCRIPTION
i. Monthly Management reporting (P & L, Cash flow Forecast, Revenue Analysis
etc.)
ii. Maintaining all financial information regarding KSA operations in SAP B1.
iii. Coordinating & Completing audits
iv. Looking after compliances related Tax (Annual Income tax return, Quarterly VAT
return & Monthly WHT return)
v. Receivable, Payable and Payroll Management.
vi. Daily correspondence with banks, clients & Vendor.
viii. Actively managing Working Capital of branch in KSA, while managing funds for
Head Office (in USA) and other branches (in UK & UAE) on as and when basis.
ix. Bank, customer & vendor reconciliations.
x. Petty cash & Employee cash expense Management.
xi. Coordination with Head office for resources needed for operations in KSA xii.
PO & Contract finalization & extension.
xii. Looking after all compliance issues regarding Ministry of Labor (MOL) KSA

Managing Receivable, Payable and Cash ( Working Capital)
Inventory Management
Maintaining all relevant records
Preparing monthly bank reconciliations
Preparing Quarterly, Half yearly and yearly Financial Statements
Ensuring adherence of company policies with Government policies.

 Assisting in computation of Annual tax liabilities of employees of my organization and filing it with tax Authorities (Federal Board of Revenue) of Pakistan.
 Assisting in preparation of tax segmental of company in which all computation of tax calculated according to the Income tax ordinance 2001 (Pakistan).

 Drafting of audit reports, cover letter to the Board of Directors and management letters etc., and highlighting internal control weaknesses, non-compliances with laws & regulations and recommendations to overcome weaknesses;
 Identified various business risks and areas for efficiency improvements and communicated directly with all levels of the organization;
