I have worked on two major projects, one funded by World Bank and other by Government of Pakistan. The details are provided below.
1. Kachhi Canal Project (Funded by the Government of Pakistan):
Major Responsibilities:
• Evaluating various Contract/ Claims and variations of the contractors and responding them with respect to the FIDIC Clauses in the Contract Agreement.
• Planning, Scheduling and Costing of the project on Primavera P6.
• Evaluated and prepared the Engineer’s Evaluation Report related to “Extension of Time (EOT)\" for Project “Contract No. KC-6B (2R) Construction of Main Canal and Distribution System (Earth Work, Structures and Lining of Main Canal & Distributaries) from RD 1193+000 to RD 1252+000.
• Evaluated and prepared the Engineer’s Evaluation Report related to “Extension of Time (EOT)\" for Project “Contract No. KC-6B (3R) Construction of Main Canal and Distribution System (Earth Work, Structures and Lining of Main Canal & Distributaries) from RD 1252+000 to RD 1286+000.
• Prepared the Tender Documents for the project “Construction of Embankments for 21 Nos. Flood Carrier Channels (Existing Nullahs) on left side of Kachhi Canal RD 1005+000 to 1322+000 and Providing protection to Right Bank of Pat Feeder Canal from RD 125+000 to 412+000 in Critical Reaches”.
• Prepared Tender Documents, Bid Evaluation Report and Contract Agreement for the work \"Survey Work Including Construction of Bench Marks for Kachhi Canal Project (Phase-II)\".
• Prepared Tender Documents, Bid Evaluation Report and Contract Agreement for the work “Topographic Survey of 21 No’s FCC’s from RD 1005+000 to RD 1322+000 of Kachhi Canal and PAT Feeder Canal from RD 109+000 to RD 412+000”.
• Prepared Tender Documents, Bid Evaluation Report and Contract Agreement for the work “Geotechnical Investigations Kachhi Canal Project (Phase II) from RD 1322+000 to RD 1512+000”.
• Prepared Prequalification Documents for contractors in line with the World Bank guidelines.
• Maintaining overall contract related correspondence with client and contractors.
• Developed and executed a robust reporting framework, ensuring timely and accurate dissemination of project updates.
• Preparation of Fortnightly, Monthly and Annual Progress Reports of the project in collaboration with the site staff.
• Execute and effectively convey measures to manage risks and the necessary steps in the execution and completion of projects.
• Assist and facilitate Project Manager in timely submission of important deliverable.
• Coordinate with the site team in ensuring the execution of site tasks in accordance with the site protocols.
2. Disaster and Climate Resilience Improvement Project (DCRIP)- Funded by World Bank.
Major Responsibilites: 
• Prepared the Extension of Time (EOT) for additional scope of the work for the project.
• Comprehensive study of the project specifications, scope of work, issued for construction drawings, Tender addendum’s.
• Fulfill with client requirements and design modifications considering project budget.
• Prepared the high quality presentations for the site progress reviews.
• Collected data and perform minor on-site design tasks while supervising and suggesting modifications to design specifications to enhance construction efficiency.
• Review the BOQ quantities and understanding the rate analysis for BOQ items.
• Comparison and finalization of the materials, contractors and project cost.
Preparation of the Letter of Intent, which includes conditions, scope of work, delivery time of the contractor.
• Monitoring the client’s approvals and modifications leads to extra cost variation and liaise with Estimation department/ planning and contracts to evaluate the cost impact and extra time variations.
• Lead drafts man to prepare the shop drawings as actual site measurement and requirement on the time.
• Coordination with cost controller to provide required details to insure accurate cost control reports.
• Monitor, follow up and negotiation with Client to insure the submittal approval at minimum time.
• Monitoring and assessing the Survey Data collected from sites and compiling it into a proper work sheet on MS Excel.
• Collaborate with the administrative team to strategize and implement large-scale events.
• Coordinate with all the Government Departments and ensuring timely procurement of the works.
• Prepared Tender Documents, Bid Evaluation Report and Contract Agreement of the following sub Projects under DCRIP given below with regular interaction of Client:
 Restoration of Hassuwali Flood Bund along with its River Training Structures Damaged During Flood 2014 (Additional Work of Lining of Hassuwali Distributary).
 Remodeling of Right Marginal Bund (RMB) from RD 0+000 to 68+000 and allied Hydraulic Structure and Raising and Strengthening of Left Marginal Bund (LMB) from RD 0+000 to 65+000 of Panjnad Headworks.
 Enhancing Resilience against Sub-Surface/Seepage underneath Nawabpur Flood Bund from RD 4+000 to 17+950.
 Enhancing Resilience of Right Embankment of Shujabad Branch from RD 260-279 against Seepage during High Floods in River Chenab.
 Enhancing Resilience against Sub Surface Flow/Seepage underneath LMB Taunsa Barrage from RD 18+000 To 46+000.
 Raising and Strengthening of River Training works along LMB U/S Marala Barrage and River Training Works along Colony Protection Bund D/S of Marala Barrage.
 Restoration of J-Head Spur No.3 & 4 near village Kalowal - Chenab River Gujrat.
 Restoration of River Training Works along Khangarh Flood Bund.
 Checking Advancement of River Chenab along Marginal Bunds of Panjnad Headworks. 
•    Prepared “Quality Management System” (QMS) Reports for project “DCRIP” and successfully defended the last two Audits of QMS.
•    Participation in progress meetings including monthly and quarterly progress and stakeholder meetings.
•    Managed the monitoring plan and ensured that site teams are achieving their targets.
• Maintained all the QMS (Quality Management System) requirements of the project.
• Prepared all the maps (for PC-1 and ESMP’s) of the project sites at ArcGIS (Geographic Information System) 
• Prepared fortnightly and monthly Reports of project.
• Prepared “Project Manager Monthly Report (PMMR)”. 
• Prepared of all the record of documentation and deliverables of the project.
• Prepared the Design and Cross Sections of Compound and Trapezoidal Channels of “CRBC Flood Channels.
• Worked with the HR office, Islamabad regarding the management of field staff too.
