1. Close correspondence with international clients via email/ Skype.

2. Arranging denim fabric samples and designing new products merchandise to introduce new products to our clients.

Intern Corporate Affairs at Lakson Group Karachi Duration (6 weeks)

a) Worked with Manager Corporate Affairs in exercising the Corporate Documentation, Electronic Filing of Corporate Returns, Maintaining Corporate Books, Issuance of Shares and correspondence with SECP (Securities & Exchange Commission of Pakistan).

b) Acquired the experience of attending Corporate Meetings of Listed Companies, Issuance of notices of the Meeting to the shareholders/ members etc. Assisting the Corporate department in making corporate compliance as required under the Companies Act, 2017.

c) Assisting the Corporate Department in preparing Agenda Items/ Meeting Points/ Minutes of the Meeting.

d) Draft and publish relevant content on the corporate intranet site. Board meeting updates, Announcements.
