Students in positive ways they must be willing to be vulnerable and willing to grow, increasing their capacity. Their burning desire to do the best for the student is in the center of their vision and they realize by doing a great job with the small things great things happen. Becoming a lecturer, I want to become a guide, philosopher and a real friend of the students. I want to turn the inner eye towards light with the powerful tool called education. After becoming a lecturer, I would not only share the subject knowledge with my students but also theoretical knowledge to develop their personal character.
