Determine production requirements based on each Unit capacity and production specifications.
Responsible for planning, releasing, monitoring, rescheduling, updating and closure of assigned work orders
Develop production policies and procedure.
Forecasting the requirements of the production in order to achieve the production target.
Making most efficient utilization of the available sources for production.
Check weight loss each unit on daily basis.
Check aging of machine unit wise on daily basis.
Responsible for daily production and work to achieve daily production target with required quality standard.
Responsible for operation and operational staff control and management.
Work for 100 capacity utilization and waste reduction.
Manage all task for smooth production, smooth final inspection pass and on time shipment
Coordinate with all departments for smooth production.
Setup knitting/Dyeing lines, check consumption, costing and inventory.
Strictly follow up hourly production and work for increasing Production.
Lead all production staff from the front and having good command on them.
Ensure complete task to make finished goods from raw materials.
