Civil Supervisor
Key Responsibilities:
New built-up textile in the different frame structure buildings, four Mills, one ETP, and two PEB Shed.
Executing the civil structural and architectural works as per the given specification with approved drawings.
Daily progress reporting to the DCM.
Responsible for making efficient use of labor, machine & material
Execution of structure elements, such as footings, pedestals, plinth beam, lift, stair, shear wall, columns, beam, and slab, in accordance with structural drawings (IFC).
Maintaining the quality and quantity of construction materials as per the prescribed standards and specifications according to approved
Request for inspections (Coordination with QA&QC Department), and lead inspector with the client.
Senior Site Supervisor
key Responsibilities:
Preparing & updating projects/site schedules based on contract.
Develop and maintain the projects & sites DPR and analyzed them with weekly and monthly targets.
Monitoring day-to-day work progress.
Manage the teams on several projects according to the master plan.
Effective and meaningful liaison with the design team, procurement, production, clients’ architects, interior designers, and engineers.
On-site solutions according to the site\'s condition and detailing for joinery works.
Implement effective compliance throughout the project life cycle.
Responsible for site management as well as delivering according to the plans.

Askari 11 Block #74 is a completed built-up 8-floor frame structure building with 36 residential apartments.
Ensuring that the construction project is completed on time and within budget. Supervising all construction activities and Quality Controlled.
Conducts quality control monitoring by inspection, sampling, and testing on delivered Materials.
Verifying materials loaded and unloaded against a work order, scheduling times of shipment, and mode of transportation.
Maintaining the Quality & quantity of raw materials as per the prescribed standards.
Layout according to drawing by column, stair, and lift.
