 Identify, attain and evaluate data to assist and propose business decisions in assigned sales and production planning area from different sources.
 Evaluate sales & product planning situation with respect to operational viewpoint.
 Set monthly and annual goals and assess past performance.
 Analyze business and market trends to recommend new strategies for increased sales.
 Review business activities and provide feedback to management.
 Collaborate with leaders and managers to determine and address data and reporting needs for various categories.
 Conduct in-depth quantitative & quality analysis to assist in sales and production planning.
 Stimulate continuous enhancement in sales and product reporting given to internal management team and our owners.
 Prepare scheduled, in-depth evaluation of sales performance and production planning external and internal reporting every month.
 Provide sales management, data analysis and reporting as required.
 Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to establish effective price points.
 Collect, consolidate and generate monthly Production forecasts with respect to sales, asses past performance.
 Compile key pieces of information related to performance against sales and production objectives to be reviewed by Owners.
 Maintain complete knowledge of business operations and functions.
 Train and supervise junior staffs in business planning activities.
