Shift Manager Production
• Controlling all working processes of dyehouse area and ensuring that all relevant SOPs are well implemented. • Checking Temperature, working pressure, and differential pressure during dyeing process as per schedule. • Taking part in WFT meeting and root cause analysis w.r.t process issues. • Communication with operators for any problem or best practices. • Reporting to supervisor when found any incompliance on the floor. • Efficiently checking dyeing scheduling on dyeing Machines daily through Sedo-master software. • Ensuring implementation of 6S and H&S program. • Performing Task Risk Assessment of all Manufacturing Processes. • Focusing on continuous improvement as doing KAIZENS and OPLS. • Using Color-Stitch, SAP(Basic), Sedo-master, DataColor Spectrophotometer, DataColor AutoLab SPS, TF. • Water and Energy Saving Project: worked on the Low Liquor Ratio (LLR) project and saved water and energy by minimizing water consumption in dyeing by 30%.
