Leadership and Training skills: Developed a mentoring programme to assist the teaching staff to overcome professional difficulties through workshops.
Creativity: Keeping up to date with developments in teaching resources and methods and making relevant changes to instructional plans and activities.
Event Management: Conducted various successful events, activities, and competitions according to the designed schedule. These opportunities offer enjoyable ways to test skills, demonstrate creativity, explore the world, and spark curiosity in students.
Akhuwat Fellow
Community Development: Various community visits to Akhuwat branches and Akhuwat loan borrowers to comprehend various loan disbursement projects and the doctrines of the organization.
Project Management: Accomplished a group project of building a library in an underprivileged school on our own. (Collecting donations, gathering sponsorships, developing a budget, procurement etc.)
Internship
My internship activities includes familiarization to all the departments of GDA, their operations and processes and management overview. I was exposed to the implementation of planning and control functions such as planning approval process for different housing schemes, sanctioning of housing schemes, maintenance & management functions, inventory control etc.
PROJECT TITLE:
Proposing Amendments in Punjab Private Housing Schemes and Land Sub Division Rules 2010
I was majorly involved in an activity of proposing amendments in the prevailing rules by comparing them with the rules of other development authorities and by going comprehensively through the existing rules finding out their bottle necks and understanding the difficulties faced by the staff due to the difference in rules and the ground realities.
Internship
I have worked on Signal Speed and Safety Analysis of Railway Stations of Pakistan and Identification & Demarcation of Landuses along Railway Track in Sindh, KPK and Balochistan.
Surveyor
Worked as a surveyor for Women mobility. Conducting questionnaires from women related to the necessity of a separate bus service for women.
