I am an agricultural professional with specialization in plant breeding & genetics. I have started my professional career as a field officer and engaged in different roles like driving out complete operations of Seed for the allocated procurement center. Search out for new areas of production, farmer identifications and vendor managements. Carried out technical visits and record farmer's feedback at different stages. Record the crop performance and providing the regular feedback to field agronomist and senior manager- Ag. development. Ensures that farmers are implementing the crop protocol and recording the evidences. Make farmer visit reports and Database files and sharing it with the Field Agronomists.
Similarly, I am also working voluntarily as a representative for breeding and genetic society of Pakistan (BGSP) and has been involved in different assignments like Support and represent our members and bringing together scientists from all over the Pakistan. Diagnosed customer issues by asking probing questions and write up repair orders. Develop the ability to nurture the talent of the best people regardless of who they are or their background. Coordinated equipment repairs and maintenance. Worked to shape the future of breeding & genetics sciences – for the benefit of science and humanity.
