Creating TNA for team development and progress to achieve strategic goals.
Creating and implementing regular workflow to increase productivity and effective management.

Preparing and communicating Annual plans Drills, ERP at all sites across Pakistan.
Managing Quality assurance program including on-site evaluations, audits, and customer surveys.
Frequent communication with the team and necessary stakeholders for weekly and monthly align meetings.
Conduct the internal audit of all sites across Pakistan and create CAPA for reporting Non-Compliances.
Pro-active resolution of dispute management between QA and cross-functional teams.
Interacting with customers, 3rd party authorities on phone or email for necessary site compliances.
To establish positive working relationships by leading, and guiding the team through required supervision wherever necessary.
Evaluate TNA and provide necessary training to the QA department for efficient site performances

Inventory:

Complete understanding of WMS, its implications, and practicalities.
Management of FIFO/FEFO, stocks, and investigation of inventory discrepancies and RCA to provide resolutions.
Reconciliation of system to system and system to physical stock after stock take.

Client Services:

Preparing and developing shipments and receiving reports and updates in WMS.
Physical verification of a standardized formatted document as per internal audit criteria.
Weekly and fortnightly meetings with clients on deadlines and targets.

Operations:

Ensure docks efficiencies and effective utilization.
Ensure all operational staff is following SOPs of inbound operations, which include UPP, batch checking, product quality verification; outbound operation stock quantity, batch checking, and product quality.
