Recruitment
Work on recruitment process from start to end such as creating job descriptions, posting Job ads, searching and shortlisting the right candidates, contacting, negotiation and arrange interviews, prepare documents for interview and collect feedback and prepare report for the management final decision. Complete joining formalities, orientation, creation and activation of punching, email and sim for new employees.
Secretarial work & Documentation 
Prepare and type job offer & job confirmation letter, prepare internal contract papers, warning & termination letter and memos & circulars, prepare annual & emergency leave and clearance & handing over paper. Prepare, maintain and control employee’s personal files and HR department documentation.
Coordination with Legal & PRO Department
Share information, documents and coordination with legal department. Coordination with PRO department for Schedule of transportation and arrangement of documents for medical, emirates id and tawjeeh training center for visa, cancellation and exit process
Administration Works
Maintain stationary, tolls and office equipment, scheduled meeting and appointments, prepare utilities bills reports. Prepare petty cash report. Prepare report and maintain vehicle services. Arrangement of vehicle for airport & office works. Coordination with insurance, clinic and hospital for the employee treatment. Update and maintain labors and room list of camp provide and arrange bed, blanket and pillow etc.
Prepare payroll through Oracle
Collect and update the data to prepare payroll such as attendance, overtime, sick leave certificates and medical applications, loan, PRO expenses and supervisory penalty deduction. Addition and deletion of new, resigned & terminated employees from payroll. Prepare annual leave and leave encashment. Prepare payroll in excel and enter data in Oracle to run salary sheets and prepayment sheets, Prepare salary invoices & Payment vouchers and cheque for releasing from bank & exchange.
Process Salary – WPS & Non WPS and SIF files for Banks & Exchange
Work and process WPS and Non WPS salary of the employees through banks and exchanges, Prepare SIF files for salary release, coordination with exchange and employees, finding out solution of problems regarding salary and final settlement. Fill and prepare documents for opening the bank and exchange accounts for new employees.
Final Settlements / End of Services
Prepared and processed final settlement of the employee manual and through oracle including pending salary, leave salary, gratuity and deduction as per the company policy etc. Transfer final settlement to exchange and employee’s bank account inside and outside of the UAE.
