The particular strength includes managing risks, negotiations, and conflict management and dispute settlements with customers, clients and communities, crisis management, regulatory compliance, and executing social investment obligations. Adept in the field of Journalism and had been working as free-lance Journalist/ Columnist for development issues, human rights, international politics (Kashmir issue). I have done Masters in International Relations (Social Sciences) from University of Sindh Jamshoro and holding degree of LLB (Law Graduate). I have extensive experience of working with Ministries including rendered my services as Staff Officer to the Minister Irrigation & Cooperation Department, Human Rights Officer at Free Legal Aid Centre, Directorate of Human Rights Government of Sindh, Education Department and Provincial Disaster Management Authority, Sindh. I am currently working as Legal Advisor- Sindh Small Industries Corporation, Government of Sindh on part-time basis.
Contesting cases in civil and high court registered against SSIC.

In collaboration with various stakeholders including irrigation department employees and farmer associations establish the efficient distributary / minor canals and Water course.
Developing strategies to ensure that number of farmers receive water at promised time and in promised quantity.
Develop plans and strategies for improved user satisfaction with respect to water distribution practices, as shown in sample surveys conducted before and after project activities in each AWB.
deepening and broadening the institutional reforms that are already underway in Sindh;
improving the irrigation system in a systematic way covering key hydraulic infrastructure, main and branch canals, and distributaries and minors; and
Enhancing long-term sustainability of irrigation system through participatory irrigation management and developing institutions for improving operation and maintenance of the system and cost recovery.
The improved water management would lead to increased agricultural production, employment and incomes over some about 1.8 million ha or more than 30 percent of the irrigated area in Sindh, and one of the poorest regions of the country.
