Intern
I was working in the registration branch where i have prepared the annual report of the university, academic calendar for the year, routine file work, also worked on the prospectus and admissions of the university.
Internship
During my six weeks internship in the state bank of Pakistan banking services corporation I had analyzed operations of the BSC Islamabad. As an intern, I had practised a wide variety of different areas of the BSC operations. The main departments in which I had been allocated are HR, Internal monitoring unit, cash department, Public account unit, foreign exchange unit, deposit accounts unit and prize bond unit. In my six weeks period we had analyzed the workings and operations of BSC. How they are managing and implementing the clean note policy, what steps they are taking in, in order to destroy the soiled notes. The main focus of the internship is the group project in which we had submitted a group project in which we had worked on inefficiencies of the cash department. In our project we had proposed certain recommendations which will help the state bank BSC system through which they can enhance the efficiency of their employees and customer’s satisfaction level will also upsurges.
